William Bak has been with the firm since 1992.  He has worked as second-chair in several patent and trademark cases tried in the federal district and appellate courts in the United States.  Mr. Bak has also worked on a variety of mechanical and electrical engineering patent applications and opinion matters.  He has also been active in numerous civic and professional organizations.
